Bug Fixes
Restored missing merchant to the Tomb of the Primeval Kings.
Fixed a bug in the Dragon Festival missions that prevented rifts from closing.

Miscellaneous
Added support for the Guild Wars Bonus Mission Pack promotion to the Guild Wars in-game store.
