I need help FAST!!!

I am playing at the Abadon Server. But i've got the problem that ive got a disconnect everytime... so at every two minutes. ive got over 7000 ms(upper left corner) i switched my firewall off... but i have the proble anylonger.. What can i do?? HELP PLS!! FAST!!
