a BIG problem

Let me start by introducing myself

Im 16 years old, and go to the High School to become a Computer Programer....(which at this point didnt help me).

Well I started playingthe game in the NET CAFE, after i started to like it i went to my friend, he had the game on his computer, i copied the instalation file and instaled it at my computer, FIRSTLY IT WORKED BUT... now when i try to play it, something bad happens.
I just get that logo on the middle of the screen (crossed swords) and it just stays there like forever..... AND YES I HAVE DOWNLOADED ALL TE UPDATES.

I dont know what to do.... i instal the game at my brother's computer and it works fine so im confused can someone help me?
