get extra stacks of combustion versus rogues

Almost as second nature when a rogue pops cloak of shadows, mages run. Now instead, use combustion and pop as many fire spells as possible, usually you get 3, and most will likely be resisted and still give you 3 extra points on your combustion. This simply gives you some extra needed damage versus todays rogues.
