Spammers have returned

Since the release of the 2.x patches, Blizzard has done a great job in keeping the gold spammers at bay. Lately though the spammers have new trick up their sleeves.
In the heat of fighting some mobs over the weekend, I kept getting pinged to join a group, the name, I thought looked legit, so I thought, ok someone needs help, WRONG! The instant I accept, I get this reply, Hey lets joined up at Ngel's point and we can quest together for many gold....please go to www.xxx.xxx, gold as low as $.04 per 10... something along that lines.
Since that first request I have gotten more than 4 dozen requests to join groups, all have been reported, but what a friggin pain. Its gotten to the point now that I dont know who's legit or a spammer. http://www.worldofwar.net/forums/blogs/viewblog.php?userid=341481&entry=571
