Game Open : Full Client Not Ready

The ver. 0.17 patch is now complete, and the game is open.

However, we are experiencing a slight delay uploading the full client, and therefore currently unavailable.

The full client will be available in two hours at around 1:30 pm GMT (8:30 am EST)
