In this build we mastered, Crossbow mastery (at 19 only), Iron Arrow,
PkB and FA and half mastered at Booster and Soul.

when your using Iron Arrow Level 1, it's pretty good at mob controls
and strong too. it can handle kitties and Fire boar well.

If your not a big fan of Soul Arrow then test first if the length is
good enough. But to me 5-6 Soul Arrow i good. I like Booster, this is
very important to us slow attackers so try to put as many point in it
as possible so you wont keep pressing it and wasting MP and HP. This
2 skills are still needed with 3 Job advancement so i would suggest
put something in it.

The SAVE part is optional, if you want to distribute it right after
that's completely up to you but the MP consumption will be doubled so I
decide to at lease save 3 Level ups before distributing it (seems
strong enough for double MP consumption).

If you want FA less build then Remove FA keep same stuff like Mastery
at 19 and so on. Since you got 30 free skill points you can master
Booster. you can also master some of the Bowman skills like Focus or
anything you want.

Ultimately, try your own stuff, don't be afraid to explore other build.

I got this idea that seems effective. This build includes FA in it.
First add the 1st skill point to Iron then master Mastery (19 skill
points only) then add skill point to Booster (5 skill points) and
Soul (2) then FA all the way. the reason why im adding FA as soon
as possible (as oppose to my 1st build where after soul I added
Iron Arrow next), because if you think about it if you start
mastering this after Iron Arrow then you'll be in you level 55-60
your almost level 70 where you'll replace FA! (FA doesn't work
in Sniper skills). After mastering FA add 14 to Iron Arrow (should
be level 15 by now) then master PKB then Iron arow then Booster
and Soul.

Its proven this build seams more effective!
