Problems with Skill Build

I am a level 16 rogue. I decided to build my skills as an assassin, but decided that I may not to be one, and become a bandit instead. I am worried though that my stats may be too far messed up to change. Here are my stats:

Str. 5
Dex 32
Int 4
Luk 60

My Skills are:

3 Nimble Body
6 Keen Eyes
0 Disorder
0 Darksight
0 Double Stab
10 Lucky Seven



So, those are my skills. Do I have to start a new character, or can this be fixed?
