Little tough on training

Well I'm having a little hard time on training, I'm lvl 30 sin and I've been reading on the guides and it says to train on wild boars. But those are pretty slow and i 2HKO em. When I was training at ant tunnel on horned caps it seemed a little less longer but the exp sucked. So I'm at a fault, I don't know where to go anymore... I use icciles and a meba+4.
