Could I be DEXless?, And if so, How?

I've recently been pondering the thought of making a dexless sin. I have around eh, 100m in pure mesos + a 10 atk WG already in my inventory.

Anyways, if I do have enough to be dexless, how would I go about it? Do I get dex overalls or luk overalls? What weapons do I use? How big of a difference will I see in damage from normal dex thieves?
