Heroway--Anyone have builds?, Cheesy but it works

I know that Heroway is considered pretty cheesy among the HA community. I also know that it can easily be defeated by a good team.

However, I'll freely acknowledge that I'm not an experienced HA player. I'd love to get more HA experience, and I would really love to play Heroway, not only to farm fame (even if only for 2 maps) and faction, but also to learn more about HA and make it possible for more people to come along for the ride. Oh, and of course learn enough about Heroway to defeat it when we see it!

I've been looking through gwguru and gwonline for builds, but I'd like to see if anyone here has any useful tips for Heroway builds based on the following:
2 real people + 4 heroes
3 real people +3 heroes
4 real people + 2 heroes
5 real people + 1 hero
Is there an optimal number of people for Heroway? Does it play out differently the more real people are involved? What skills are an absolute must-have and what skills are optional.?
