primal echoes anti Mo/A ?

just pondering on this one for GvG after watching some matches where signet of devotion where used alot.
Primal Echoes 5E 5S 60R beastmastery
Create a level 1...8 Spirit. For creatures within its range, signets cost 10 energy to use. This Spirit dies after 30...126 seconds.
with all the Mo/A showing up lately, couldn't you actual hurt an opposing teams healing capacity alot? With Signet of devotion punished, E-denial should hurt alot more. Offcause your own team warriors needs to deal with healing signet too!
