Team Builds, Post what you think would be good

I know that we are supposed to have some basin alpha testers whippin up some mysterious top secret team builds, but I've not heard hide nor hair of it, and its something I'm interested in talking about.

So, in the interests of providing them more builds and ideas to peruse, I'm posting this topic question:

What would a balanced, realistic build which you think could be successful be?
Why do you think it would be successful? WHat character classes would be used? What tactics? Group strategies? General thoughts on the group?
