Silkroad Players Get New Pirate Costumes and Capture the Flag Events

Joymax has announced the availability of a whimsical new pirate outfit in its popular MMORPG, Silkroad Online. The outfit, available from the in-game Item Mall for a limited time, will grant its owners access to new abilities, not to mention a fearsome new look. In addition, Joymax is introducing new "Capture the Flag" events, which will be taking place for two weeks starting on February 26th. Lasting 20 minutes each, the events will pit Silkroad players against each other as coordinated teams try to steal their opponents' flag.

Silkroad Online is a massively multiplayer online RPG that puts the player deep into ancient Chinese, Islamic, and European civilizations. Traveling the historic Silk Road between Asia and Europe, players can make their fortunes as merchants, prey on the rich as thieves, or be protection-for-hire as hunters.
