We would like to apologize for the inconvenience of the long period during which the servers were offline on the night of the 27th Korean Standard Time. The hardware responsible for the storage of your information has been malfunctioning and we are currently working on fixing it. We will try to restore service with your data at its most precious recent state. However, with the malfunction that has occurred there may have been information that was partially changed. Therefore, we are currently preparing a database check.

1. The service will open with the time restored to the pet items that the inspection time made unusable during the inspection period.
2. There will be a compensation of 1 day?s use allocation of Gold/ Silver time for the time they were unusable during the inspection period.
3. For the approximate period of 30 minutes of changed data we may not be able to completely compensate our users for the partial loss of data, we will however we will try to the best of our ability to restore your information to its original state.
4. We will, at this time, honor requests for refunds or silk compensation for instances where payment was validated and received but silk was not deposited into the account.
5. Even if it was only a part of the community that had their data changed, we were not able to provide the entire community with normal service for a lengthy time. We are preparing a compensation event and will post notice once details are finalized.
We will sincerely try our hardest to prevent any future problems of this nature through even better service administration and maintenance.
