Guardian Matching Window @ Logon/Transporting Empty Guardian Matching Window @ Logon/Transporting

I have recently got the Guardian Matching window overlaid with a blank Help window come up when i logon to SRO or when i teleport to another area,i have 2 other characters and this doesnt happen to them.This has only been happening for the last 3 weeks my character is a lvl 48 warrior and i am in an academy.Any ideas? http://forum.mmosite.com/topics/105/200804/03/4279,1.html?time=1208227410
