Is there a problem with SILKROAD ONLINE SERVERS?

Last night december 6 at 8pm, i cant browse silkroadonline.net website. it says page cannot be displayed, even dark eden. But i can browse joymax.com.
When i start the client for silkroad, it says game is under inspection..
Until now december 7 at 5:30am, still i cant browse or open the game. It says server inspection.
Btw, i live in philippines. I ask my guildmates from other online games last night, to browse silkroadonline.net website, also they cant open it.
Please need quick answer, thank you and more power...
