about quest lvl 70 and 71... help plz

i'm now lvl 71 but already finished piece of diamand and gold quest and antidote, but when i go to Hyeon prist , he doesn't give any quest to me. i click on him just one thing i see 'End of conversation'. do i miss something to get quest from him ?
and about last bet i can see quest on soboi only (200 spears) and when i got to mamoje same, one thing i see 'End of conversation' why...?
