Inventory SOX Items
SOx items (or seal items) are called some rare and valuable items that can be weapons, clothes or accessories.
The types of the SOx items are:
SOS : Seal Of Star
SOM : Seal Of Moon
SOSUN : Seal Of Sun
You can't make a SOx item and you only get them from monsters. EVERY monster has a chance to drop a SOx item and it's just a matter of luck when you'll find one. You may haven't find any until you are at high levels or you can find more than one before reaching level 5...
SOx drops look different from the normal weapon/cloth/accessory drops. That's how SOx drops look like:
SOx weapons / clothes
SOx accessories
The icon of a SOx item differs from a normal item's icon, because it has some stars spinning around the item:
When you place your mouse over the icon, item's info will appear. Seal type (star, moon or sun) is displayed with yellow letters:
When you hold a SOx weapon or shield, it glows and this glance is visible to the other players. (This only happens with weapons and shields. Clothes do not glow as you wearing them, so no one knows if you wear a SOx item or not.)
SOx item's stats are increased compared to normal item's stats of the same level. SOx item behaves as it is some levels higher:
SOS : About +5
SOM : About +10
SOSUN : About +15
Although a +5 item has about the same stats with a SOS item, the SOx items are more valuable than + items, because a SOx item can also have + on it.
For example:
Let's say you have a +5 weapon and you want to make it +8... It's too risky to try to make it higher using elixirs, because if the alchemy fails, the weapon may lose ALL the + it had. On the other hand, it's not risky to add +3 with elixirs in a SOS weapon in order to make it +8 (while SOS +3 = +, because if alchemy fails, the SOS may lose all the + but it can't lose its seal attribute (it will be again just like a +5 weapon).
