With so much information being posted in the EQII Official Forums at all times, it can be very hard to keep up with it and very easy to miss some real gems and opportunities to share. Have no fear though; the Treasure Chest is here to highlight interesting, unusual, and humorous posts, as well as opportunities to help your fellow player with a question or two!



Treasure of Knowledge!
If playing PVP normally is not enough for the die-hard hardcore player in you, how about betraying and trying the "other side" of things? What happens when you betray on a PVP enabled server? Do you come out of it alive?


Some folks may have seen in the forums that there are some new green names. Those hearty folks are in-game guides, and they've been unleashed on the forums as well! If you want to find out more about that hearty breed, check here!


What do YOU do to open your home to visitors? Do you open your home as a place to sell your goods? Do you run an eatery?


There's more to Norrath then simply fighting for your life as well as tradeskilling. If you look close enough, there's a depth of humor that's been hidden for those willing to seek it, or for those individuals paying attention at the right time!


There is an abundance of crafting locations across Norrath, which of them are better? Do you have a favorite crafting location that you find is easier to ply your trade?


So, you've only played up to this point and only now have you purchased an expansion... What do you do to then catch up with your AA's, now that you're in your mid-levels?


Lore Galore!
The recently released Epics have given us a FEAST of lore to sup on, and the Shadowknight line is NO exception! Amana's collected all the lore that's given through that quest process, so if you've wondered about Shadowknight lore, take a gander!


Quda's got a good point this week... there's a few dangling threads that are still awaiting information. Is there anything known that's been revealed recently, to help out this lore-seeker?


It's hard to imagine, but Trakanon is defeated... now what? It sounds like some folks have a lead on what's coming down the line... but who really knows for sure?


Sure, there have been half-elves since Lord Nagafen was something new and to be played with... but what about other half-races? Are there any known instances of half-giants? Half-ogres? Half-gnomes? If not, is there a reason why we're not seeing these beings traversing Norrath?


There's no place like home!
Some hearty folks make more then a home with the apartments and houses they purchase. Some adventurers whip up a tavern in the space they're given, some folks make a restaruant, some simply make a space to sell their goods... but, a CHURCH?!
