Instance Dungeon Crashing

well long story short:

i go into dungeon via the teleporter or dude, it loads up pretty darn fast, then i get into the dungeon, whole screen is completely black, cant see ANYTHING at all, and my mouse turns into a fishing hook, thats about it, my game crashed at that point

any suggestions? help?
