can't start 2moons

so i click start and gray box comes up, then a chime then BAM and the dirt is gone lawl jk i meant back to windows

i allowed the port 7881, 8222

tried launching with launcer.exe
tried starting the game on another windows account.
i don't have virus or spyware
removing my display drivers and downloading and updating my drivers
tried restarting my computer
tried starting the game from their website
and downloaded the lastest directx

yet i still can't start

all it does it just

press start...
gameguard loads
gray screen
chime
back to windows

need help like ASAP!!!
