question about luring mobs

well, i m a bagi lvl 53 right now, i don t know why but i can ONLY lure 3 mobs alone at the same time, do i need agressiveness pts somewhere like in WoW? I saw a lot of ppl luring a ton of mobs at the same time.... the only way I can lure a lot is when i m partying with ppl and ask them to follow me to lure monsters... anyone can help me?
