Psycho Jacks

I'm currently a lvl 33 sin with 6atk wg, 16att meba (getting maple claw at 35), 4 sets of tobi, 9dex sauna, and a 3luk bamboo hat. I have 200 mana elixirs and 600+ white pots from quests. Should I train at psycho jacks?
And if so, how do I get to the room with pure psycho jacks? I'll go back there if it's good for exp, I don't care about items atm. I need to get to 35 for LPQ or even higher if it's fast enough exp. Ty. http://forums.mapletip.com/index.php?showtopic=119100
