Training at Psycho Jack. Y/N?

So yeah. I'm a level 37 Sin with Tobis/Icicles/Kumbis. I'm training right now at the Psycho Jack in the Prendergast Mansion. You know, the room where Ludmila is.
They have 800 or so HP and give 73 exp. I can easily kill them in 2 hits. Thing is, they don't have good drops, or good money. But I guess the EXP is good, isn't it?
