Bandit vs. Bosses

Hey, guys. I was looking at Bandits and started to take a liking to them, so I decided to be one. Then, I read that they were pretty bad at fighting bosses like Papulatus or Crimson Balrog.
1) Is this true that they're bad at bossing?
2) Can you justify your answer in any way?
3) Kind of off topic, but how to Shadowers compare to the other 4th jobs? http://forums.mapletip.com/index.php?showtopic=117200
