In the end, both the Dev Team and War Machine enjoyed the challenges and found participating on the E3 show floor to be an added boost to an already exciting event.

As announced during the E3 press presentations, details of the first global Guild Wars Tournament will be announced in the near future. This tournament will feature a number of local elimination rounds and a final live tournament that will take place in a special location yet to be determined. We look forward to providing information about the first worldwide Guild Wars tournament very soon. http://www.guildwars.com/events/ingame/e3_2005-pagetwo.php
