Gate of Pain, Pain is right....

I can't seem to be able to finish Gate of Pain... It is like the THK of nightfall to me, it's just difficult to get a good group there! I was wondering if anybody has any tips or wants to offer any help with this mission because i have been stuck here for at least 3 months, trying hard to get a group that didnt include henchmen that use too many skills and die because our noobish monks can't heal fast enough.
