AoB Dervish, for GvG derv spike (split)

To be honest, I don't like that derv a lot. Balthazar is a pretty pointless elite. The speed boost helps little because it can't be used situationally and the armor boost can be achieved via other, non-elite, more permanent ways (conviction). Add on that it has no IAS (which destroys your DPS on a scythe, and is pretty useful on even spike dervs).

edit: i'd consider Dwayna here... the +health means the dervish can't be pressured (which would help your monk), and you've got a decent amount of spike save on the monk. Or, if you think the monk could handle it, a Shadow Prison or scythe elite would be awesome for the spike. http://www.theamazonbasin.com/gw/forums/index.php?showtopic=9403
