Basin Amazons has a new guild hall, Wizards Isle is the AB4 home
Basin Amazons has a new guild hall as per Cooner's request, the result of the Team-based GvG thread. Basin Amazons is the PvP guild (though of course players from the other AB guilds are welcome to participate and treated equally!), and thus should expect frequent changes in guild halls so that players become familiar with the different map layouts.
Wizards Isle is a catapult/thief map. The map is essentially the same as that of Warriors and Hunters, except that the interior of the guild hall is more spacious. This can have an effect on how battles are fought within the closed space of the hall. It features a front and back door, a central path to the flag stand, and a back path. The gates on this hall are narrow, so it's a good hall for practicing bodyblocking, and the area around the flagstand also offers some good opportunities for bodyblocking--a skill that we need to develop more fully. It also offers split possibilities, though it's good for 8v8. It is generally the case that this hall discourages turtling, which means that players will develop defensive skills via teamwork rather than relying primarily upon NPC support.
This looks like a good hall for our purposes. Let's go out there and have some fun with it! http://www.theamazonbasin.com/gw/forums/index.php?showtopic=9183
