OOOH, colorful swords and a weird looking hand!
The best build i know is to get fire, keep electrictric at a steady rate, leave the speed, you will get enough spare sp to fill in the empty spots you want around 3x lvls.
Fire is great with spear and glavie because it adds phy atk str to the great dmg you are already doing, plus its lvl 30 magic is powerful and doesnt waste as much mp as electric, but keep spare sp to get grass walk and FOrce, put some on self-heal and ress. if you are a sp geek, and more paranoid, wasting a lot more time to get sp than using, i suggest you go with whatever you want.
The weapon mastery goes with whichever weapon you chose, but nukers dont really have to keep it up with their lvls. http://www.silkroadtavern.com/strategy/guide/668/p/2
