Requesting Joymax be revoked

I would like to request Joymax's Silkroad Online be revoked from winning any prizes in this years Reader's Choice Award. Following the new update the bot problem on the servers was averted only to come to find out that as of today the bots are back on the servers. At this time yesterday there where 2000 spots open on some servers and now there are 0. You can understand how this can be a problem with trying to log on.
