Problem with even launching :| Empty Problem with even launching :|

I installed game and when i click "Start" button nothing happening.
I reinstalled the game, unnistalled antivirus, checked that i have direct 9.0c.

After click that "start" the window just dissapear and nothing else shows or nothing even turn on.

Is there any way to resolve this ?
