Quest Guide, Having trouble on quests?

Hello all you peeps! This place was lacking a quest guide, so I thought I'd come and stick one in. Apparently, Kiler is demanding one anyways mush1k.gif so I might as well make one.

Getting Started
A few tips for questing...
1) Always, always have a scroll to every town. The scrolls cost half as much as taxi and you can use them anywhere. If you use up all the scrolls to a town, be sure to restock when you use that last scroll.

2) For those of you who do not know where Sleepywood is, here is a simple guide to get there. Start from Henesys. Go all the way to the right, then climb up the ladder. Go right again, you should be at the exit on the top right side of Henesys. Enter the exit and head right until you get to a dungeon. Once you're in the Dungeon, stick to the right side of the area and head down. Find a portal with a crumbling archway around it, and enter. You will be in Sleepywood.

Maple Island Quests

1-Tutorial Quests:
I seriously shouldn't have to walk you through these, but for the sake of a complete quest guide....

Heena's quest:
Materials needed to be gathered: Sera's Mirror
Item Reward: None
Talk to Heena. She will ask you to get her a mirror from Sera. Go to the right and climb the ladder, and Sera will be on your left. Talk to her to receive the mirror, then return to Heena and talk to her again to go to the next map.

Roger's quest:
Materials needed to be gathered: None
Item Reward: 3 Red Potions
Talk to Roger. He will reduce your health to 25 and give you an apple. You can eat the apple and talk to him again, and he will give you 3 Red Potions and send you off to the next map.

Nina's quest:
Materials needed to be gathered: None
Item Reward: None
Talk to Nina. She will ask you to ask her brother Sen what he wants for dinner. Go to the right and enter the first exit you see (The second one will take you to the next map and you will not be able to come back). Inside the house, talk to Sen, and he will tell you to tell Nina that he wants mushroom soup for dinner. Exit and talk to Nina again, and she will thank you and send you off to the next map.

2-Unofficial quest: this quest is not really listed as a real quest, but it does get you a reward.

Maria's quest:
Materials needed to be gathered: Maria's Letter, Lucas's Letter
Item Reward: Randomly-colored Headband
Go to the area named The Split Road. Talk to Maria, and she'll ask you to deliver a letter to Lucas in Amherst and give you Maria's Letter. Go to the right and take the upper exit. You should now be in the area called The Field West of Amherst. Head to the right and take the exit there to get into Amherst. Once there, head to the left to find Lucas a bit east of the item shop. Talk to him, and he will take Maria's Letter from you and give you Lucas's Letter to take back to her. Return to Maria and she will give you a headband of a random color.

3-Official quests:
Bigg's Collection of Items:
Materials needed to be gathered: 10 Orange Mushroom Tops, 30 Blue Snail Shells
Item Reward: Razorheaded Dagger or Fruits Dagger
Talk to Biggs in the top part of Southperry. He will ask you to get him 10 Orange Mushroom Tops and 30 Blue Snail Shells.

To find the Blue Snail Shells, Hunt Blue Snails in virtually every area in Maple that has enemies.

To find the 10 Orange Mushroom Tops, I recommend looking in the Field West of Amherst. There are plenty of Orange Mushrooms there, and if you cannot find any, enter the portals with the "Danger" signs next to them and hunt around the area for some. If you are training for a Mage or a Thief, I recommend buying the Razorheaded Dagger in the Amherst Weapon Store to compensate for your meager damage and relieve yourself of an extra 30 minutes of hunting. For your trouble, Biggs will give you either a Razorheaded Dagger (If he does I hope you didn't buy one) or a Fruits Dagger. http://forums.mapletip.com/index.php?showtopic=76
