A Few Questions, See My Other Post :)

Just started the 56 Bandit.

1) I'm at a Mu Lung Temple, have no clue where I am, and the only scrolls are nearest town.

2) He has some level 40 gear, and some NXCash gear, so where can I go to purchase up-to-leveled gear so I don't suck? >.>

3) WTF do I train at? lol

4) Do I do a 3 Luk/2 Dex build every level?
