Some Low Dex Questions

So I'm planning on making a male low dex sin/hermit/night lord (I hope >_>).
I was just wondering when exactly when I should cap my dex. I was thinking somewhere between 50-60, but money costs for equips are worrying me. I plan on gachaponing soon with about 40-50k NX worth of tickets. That should get me somewhere between 40-100 mil. Now with that money, what equips should I get and when should I cap my dex?
I want to know equips' stats and price range.
