Dex-less questions

Ok so i am now deciding on creating a Assasin. Now i was thinking a little while ago and a thought occured to me"What if he was Dex-less?!?!"

Now, now i have decided that i would like to get everyones opinon on this before i make a decision. Well lets say what i am going to have avaiable to me:

-A Level 37 cleric capable of Ludi pqing (This way i can get items to sell)
-About 250k to start the Sin up
-One set of Wolbis and some subis.........shut up

Now i know its not much, hence the reason why i want some opinons on this matter. Now my first questions:

-Do you think its wise for me to do this?
-If i do this what kind of things will i need to get first off (equipment, stars etc...)
-I know this might sound stupid, but i cap my dex at 25 right?

I would appreicate if you guys really give me lots of advice on this, i am extremely intrested in trying a dex-less person!!

Also i am starting him in the Bellocan server, incase that helps answer the money questions.
