My build idea for Sin., Just wondering if this'd be a good build.

A while back, I came up with a scheme of hitting off Crits real fast by getting 6-9 Booster before I got Crit, or in the middle of Crit, at a point where Crit is somewhat reliable. I don't really want to wait until I get maxed Crit and/or Mastery(Not very familiar with Sin builds XD) for fast attacks. I mean, if I can get more attacks in in a period of time, wouldn't I be doing more than I would with Crit and slower attacks? And then I'll be getting Crit right afterwards, so then I'll be owning.

I'm DEXLess if that helps at all, and I throw Tobi, Kumbi, and Icy with a 17 ATT Garnier, all ala Oichie, except for Kumbi. >.> http://forums.mapletip.com/index.php?showtopic=115820
