Bandit Help, Please help me!

Well, i've had my bandit for awhile (quit it and got back on) and i (almost) maxed SB
bandit is level 40
sb is now lvl 27 and i have like 3 mastery and like 2 haste
did i really mess up bad or is it ok?
allot of ppl on ms kept saying "OGMZ U NUB1!!!!11!!!oneoneone"
