Esoteric Warriors [EW] used this a few times while I was watching Obs Mode. I had to fill in some of the voids on the bar with logical guesses... feel free to recommend changes or comment.

I didn't see this warrior use Death's Charge, but I assume he had it (otherwise he'd have been a W/E with Shock). Might substitue Bull's Strike instead.

Had to guess to fill out skill bar... mostly only saw this guy spamming Diversion, Blackout and Energy Burn with an occassional Martyr. I also put a hard rez on him.

I didn't see this guy do anything other than spam Heal Party and join in on spikes using Orb and Strike. I filled out the build with fairly standard blindbot specs to help negate wars with blind and enerv while supporting the monks with heal party and convert.
