Mesmer/Ranger Build for GvG, Totally passive/aggressive

My level-18 Mesmer/Ranger handled herself well in PvE groups, but wasn't nearly as effective in GvG battles. Her mana recovery and spell recharge were too slow to keep up with adrenalized Warriors, and her ranged damage was too weak to compete with Elementalists. I'm thinking of reworking her stats and skills for speed and disruptive crowd control. How's this sound:

Fast Cast: 11 / Inspiration: 12 / Illusion: 4 / Marksmanship: 5 / Wilderness Survival: 1

Mantra of Recovery 15/2/5: Your spells recharge 50% faster. Each cast costs +2 Energy or mantra ends. Eng regen -1.
Choking Gas 15/2/24: For 12 seconds, your arrows get +2 dmg and spread choking gas that interrupts spell casters.
Power Drain 5/1/15: If target foe is casting a spell, the spell is interrupted and you gain 37 Energy.
Distracting Shot 5/1/10: Interrupts target, who takes only 1 dmg. If a skill was interrupted, it's disabled for 20 seconds.
Pin Down 10/0/10: Arrow Cripples target foe, who is slowed by 50% for 15 seconds.
Sympathetic Visage 10/1/10: For 12 seconds, if target ally takes a melee hit nearby foes lose adrenaline and 3 Energy.
Ether Feast 5/3/20: Target foe loses up to 5 Energy. You gain 28 Life for each point of Energy lost.
Mantra of Distortion 15/2/15: You evade 75% of attacks. Each dodge costs 4 Energy or mantra ends. Eng regen -1.

Word is that Fast Cast speeds up spell casting by up to 40%. Mantra of Recovery cuts spell recharge time in half, so I can keep Choking Gas active continuously to interrupt spell casters. Distracting Shot, Pin Down, and Sympathetic Visage do little damage, but disable attackers. Ether Feast and Power Drain provide life and energy steal while Mantra of Distortion provides defense. I will have to rely on teammates to actually kill the opponents.
