Full Heal or Hybrid Build Empty Full Heal or Hybrid Build

I'm just a little curious. I have been leveling my seg up to now using hybrid build which i read from another forum. It is quite useful IMO. But i keep hearing people say that the Heal Build is more effective and effecient regardless if Max Heal or Full Heal. If you have a stat that i could look at, it would be great.
