Lowdex advice o_o"

im 37 now 30 base dex started out unfunded i need help on what to save up for next or what to upgrade

my equips aren't godly but decent i have about 7 tobis and a snowball also a 100%ed kandayo waiting for me.

i asked a couple of people some said buy steelies, another said buy a better dex cape

i don't know what to do mush1d.gif advice or help please?
