I need some dex capping advice

Im a 69 sin with 95 dex
+6 dex bss total of 101 dex. i also have a +15 dex sauna which i can use to wear my equips.
but the problem is i need to somehow maintain 110 dex with my shoes+hat+weapon
my lvl 70 equips that i have yet to buy will be
44+ scarab, and an identity.
i already have dark/bronze set.
should i buy a green scarab so i can meet the dex requirements?
or should i just make my dex cap at 98 then i can wear a green bamboo hat and my +5 or so dex glove, then equip my bronze set [+6 dex]then switch the hat with an identity. [98+6+3+5] -> [98+6+4+2]
or i can cap my dex at 104 and just wear all my equips.
or i can cap my dex at 102 wear a green bamboo hat [102+6+3] to wear my dark top which gives +2 dex
then take off my hat and switch to my dark gear and wear a luk scarab

i dont have enough fundings to buy and dex earings or stuff...
after i buy around 9 tobie's ill be at 15 mil or so...

i have around 20 mil right now and getting maye 3-4 mil per lvl...
which means i'll have at most antoher 4-5 mil by the time im lvl 71.
i think i want to at least wear casters

so should i just sell my +5 luk cape and buy a +7 dex cape?
i definitively cannot get a PAC so how much should i spend for the cape? http://forums.mapletip.com/index.php?showtopic=116892
