I need some advice

I just leveled to 41 =)

I upgraded my equips a bit:

- 35 att 7 acc Maple claw
- 3 luk bandana
- 8 att 1 luk pwg
- 5 luk 6 slot sauna (0.o)
- 4 luk cape
- 4 dex snowshoes
- steely/tobis

111~500 damage range (with tobi)
187+13 luk
30+4 dex
111 accuracy <<< i`m not sure

In Ludi PQ, I don`t hit alishar 100% of the times, and i was wondering, since i maxed critical, should i start maxing mastery, for more accuracy, or should i put 2 sp into mastery and 1 sp into haste each level?
