Build a premade!

Here's your chance to design a premade! And discuss the designs of each other. Once the dust settles, I'll bring the results to the dev team.

There are a few rules with premades.
Must have a self heal.
Must have a rez.
If the character has a monk or rit, it must have at least one hard rez.
Must be able to operate well in Arena.
Must be easy to play for newcomers.
Must be effective without any unlocks.

Also, try to use Core skills only. I know your are bound to want to use others, but try not to let the build rely on the non-core skill.
