P vs. P questions, ( advice & suggestions from the Basin )

I run a small community of gamers that are not your HARD CORE killers and JACK O BITES of the arenas. There are several of us that have gamed for many years togeather and we have just partnered up with another guild and will begin to shift our goals over to Guild Wars and support that game alone. We wanted to make an awards section for members to earn ranks and awards for P vs P action aside from what is offered by the game. What I wanted to know was what some of your HARD CORE players would consider worthy goals for awards. Please keep in mind a lot of my players are casual weekend gamers and have jobs and families.

1.) What would a good consecutive win strike be ?

2.) Fame ? How many points is worth mentioning ?

3.) Earning Faction points is that a worthy goal & how much is A LOT ?
